In order for us to be able to assist you remotely, you will need to download and run a remote access program called TeamViewer – see the “CONNECT ME” button below. Please save and run the program once downloaded, and respond affirmatively to any security warnings from your computer.

Once Team Viewer is running you will need to provide the ID and password to a Simply PC consultant in order for us to connect to you.
